Friday Night Game
It�s always an interesting game on the Friday night, especially when the boys had just had a 3 hour court session before hand. There should also have been 8 players at the table but Brams was a non starter due to being extremely tired!
Unable to back up his ferry win, John was first out on the normal Friday night game. Leight was next to go after also finding it difficult to stay awake at the table.
Pete was next to go being taken down by Hamish before Hamish himself was taken down by Spence.
The final 3 for the night was Midge, Phil and Spence. Spence had amassed a huge amount of chips and it seemed Phil and I were playing for 2nd place. Spence took Midge out making him bubble boy for the night.
The winner looked like a fore gone conclusion but somehow Phil got right back into the game and took down Spence. This was a huge effort by Phil and Spence definitely grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory.
